3. Modifications and Adjustments

After delivery of your song, you have a period of 7 days to request minor adjustments. Please note that this only applies to minor modification requests such as pronunciation errors of a first name, a nickname, a place, or a date. All major requests such as changing the singer, instrumental, or lyrics will not be considered in a second version request.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Custom song orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their unique nature. However, if the final product does not meet your expectations, adjustments can be requested within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with our return and refund policy.

5. Copyright and Use

Songs created by One Song One Heart are intended for personal and private use. Any commercial use or redistribution is prohibited without our prior authorization. We reserve the right to publish anonymized excerpts of our creations for promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise.

Cancellations are possible as long as the creation process has not started. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
