2. Ordering Personalized Songs
The songs ordered on One Song One Heart are custom created based on the information you provide us. We encourage you to provide precise and sincere details so that the final result meets your expectations.
3. Price and Payment
Product prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of order to start the creation process. One Song One Heart uses secure payment services, and no refund will be made after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated in these conditions.
4. Delivery
Songs are delivered by email within 48 hours after order confirmation. Please ensure you provide a valid email address. In case of delay or reception issues, contact us as soon as possible to resolve the problem.
5. Modifications after Delivery
After delivery, you have a period of 7 days to request minor adjustments such as pronunciation errors of a first name, a nickname, a place, or a date. All major requests such as changing the singer, instrumental, or lyrics will not be considered in a second version request.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Given the personalized and unique nature of the songs, no right of withdrawal applies after order confirmation. By accepting these conditions, you waive any right of withdrawal for this type of product.

We reserve the right to publish anonymized excerpts of our creations for promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise.
