Return and Refund Policy – One Song One Heart 🎶

At One Song One Heart, each song is custom-made to faithfully reflect the stories and emotions you wish to share. Due to this deep personalization, songs unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded once the order is finalized.

Modifications after Delivery:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the final result does not fully meet your expectations, you have 7 days after delivery to request minor adjustments such as pronunciation errors of a first name, a nickname, a place, or a date. All major requests such as a change of singer, instrumental, or lyrics will not be considered in a second version request.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellations are possible before the start of music production. Once the creation process has begun, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to issue a refund.
